Paradise ridge is one of our longest coastal soaring sites in wilderness consisting a 12km ridge making it a soaring heaven with its consistency and amazing view of the rocky cliffs.This site allows you to fly to the famous Gericke’s point/Lions rock, a small rock island located in the ocean. It is then and there where you have reached the end of your flight destination, an important factor to remember is to make sure you will be able to make it back.There is a long stretch of beach to land if the conditions change but from my personal experience,the walk is something on its own. Serpentine is known for its extreme cross – country flying and is mainly used by Solo Paragliding pilots looking to have a extreme and long range flight. Serpentine overlooks the Wilderness National park river and a stunning view over the town wilderness. Alt – 160m ASL Wind direction – S/SE/SW

One of our most popular sites in Wilderness. Map of Africa is also one of South Africa’s top tourist destination points and is known for its spectacular view and flying. A gradual grass slope launch which makes top landing easy with a perfect beach landing right next to the waves. This site is used for Student training, Solo pilots and Tandem Paragliding Operators. This Tandem flight will allow you to fly over the N2 highway tarred right next to the Indian Ocean and also allows flying over Dolphins point. Another popular site located in Sedgefield used by all pilots. Sedgeview is one of our inland thermic sites located 3km from the coast, while the early morning starts the grass landing at the bottom is warmed up by the rising sun and suddenly the site comes alive with its beautifull thermal activity. It’s then and there where this site surprises us with some of the most amazing flying and gaining magical altitudes. Alt – 135m ASL Wind Direction – S, SW Wind Speed – 10 – 18Km/h

This site is located right next to The Views Boutique Hotel & Spa, nestled between the Kaaimans River and the Goukamma Nature Reserve. This site is mainly used in stronger wind conditions because of its height and narrow lift band, the height of this site is only 40m above sea level and the ocean is right at your feet, but do not let the height fool you. Klein Krantz is one of our most used coastal sites, located next to the N2 Highway just outside the Wilderness. Klein Krantz is a lovely Ridge soaring site with a altitude of 40m ASL and is mostly used by our local pilots and also for students looking to have a fun sweet flight.
